Delegate FAQs

Absolutely nothing. Meet Health has never, and will never, charge NHS colleagues to attend our events.

Our event venues are always conveniently located within 10 - 20 drive of a central train station. For specific details around an upcoming event, please email attendees@meethealthevents.com!

Our agenda is strategically designed to ensure the entire day covers valuable sessions to our delegates, and whilst we recommend you attend the entire day, we understand this is not always possible. Therefore, if you can only attend for part of the day, please simply email attendees@meethealthevents.com to let us know!

Following approval from our keynote speakers, the slides from the event day will be shared with our delegates and partners within one week of the event.
If you would like to request specific content from the day, please email attendees@meethealthevents.com.

When you arrive in the morning, please simply head to the registration area and enter your name on the digital kiosks at the desks. Simply follow the instructions on screen, and badge will be printed off, attached to a lanyard and handed to you!

Our cancellation policy is shared in the terms and conditions when you complete your registration form. We kindly request that all cancellations are supplemented with a replacement, particularly if a cancellation is made within one month of the event date.

Can I upgrade my package?
Of course - to upgrade your current package, please reach out to your Account Manager to enquire about remaining packages options.Do you provide hotel accommodation?
There are lots of great options for accommodation near our event venues - if you would like to add Overnight Accommodation to your package for £250pp, please let us know and the Meet Health team will arrange your accommodation.Can we get an additional pass for my colleague to attend?
Due to exceptionally high demand for a delegate place at our events, we are keen to ensure we are able to accommodate as many NHS colleagues as possible. As such, additional sponsor passes are available on a limited bases - please contact the Meet Health team to enquire about availability and pricing. -
Is there a social media schedule?
In the lead up to our events, we are keen to showcase our partners on our platforms as much as possible. We will share a partner announcement image with you and agree an optimum time to post for maximum engagement.We will also be sharing updates on our speakers, venue, agenda and more so please keep an eye out on the Meet Health Linkedin page!
Will we receive images and photographs of the event after the day?
Absolutely - we will always have a dedicated photographer and videographer at each of our events and we will be sure to share these with you post-event.

We will be hosting a round-table session on the day, are there tools to help shape the session?
Absolutely - the Meet Health team will work with you in dedicated sessions before the event, to support in ensuring the content of the roundtable is tailored toward delegate priorities, and will work with you on recommendations on how to best facilitate the room for maximum engagement and output.
Can we bring material with us on the day?
Meet Health events are focused on networking, conversation and building connections. Whilst we are happy for you to bring some supporting materials, we kindly request this is kept to an essential minimum.

How do I collect my badge on the day and what time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 8:30am on event day however, we recommend arriving early to avoid the rush and to ensure you are able to maximise the morning networking time. Simply make your way to the registration kiosk, type in your name, and a member of the team will hand you your printed badge on a lanyard.Can we invite our NHS customers to attend as delegates?
Absolutely! Please reach out to your Account Manager for the relevant delegate sign up link and invite materials.Who is my point of contact on the day?
