Meet Health and Proud2bOps are proud to present: The Proud2bOps Annual Congress, powered by Meet Health Events.

Following the incredible success of the NHS Executive Strategy Summit 2023 (NESS), Meet Health are proud to join forces with Proud2bOps once again for the first of its kind, and largest in the country, annual operational conference, bringing together members of the Proud2bOps network of 1300 Ops Leaders across the country, with Meet Health’s history in executing on some of the most exceptional healthcare events for NHS senior teams.

The Proud2bOps Annual Congress, delivered by Meet Health Events will see Executive, Operational and Informatics leadership colleagues from across the NHS come together, combining insights, perspectives and experiences from across Acute, Mental Health, Community, Ambulance and ICB landscapes.

We will spend the day in focused roundtables, connecting with industry and solution providers, and hearing from the most innovative voices in healthcare, as we work to unpack shared challenges, discuss new ways working and agree strategic approaches on areas including: the impact of the general election, improving operational design and delivery honing in on capacity and flow, bed management and step-down, improving productivity, workforce and staffing, elective recovery, and optimising the use of data and digital technology, with the ultimate goal of leaving the day with effective key takeaways, and actionable insights, to implement in our respective organisations.
